1. Begin with a bed of lettuce 
  2. Arranging each topping in a row, top salad with 1-2 chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped grilled chicken, chopped cherry tomatoes, 1-2 slices of bacon, chopped, 1 oz feta, goat or blue cheese, and an ⅛ of an avocado, chopped 
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, olive oil, salt & pepper. Dress salad with 2 Tbsp of homemade dressing 
  4. Enjoy alone or with a Low FODMAP fruit on the side, such as an orange
