1. Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  2. Dress salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, and other herbs as desired.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. You’ll know the salmon is done when it flakes apart easily with a fork. You may need to extend the cooking time depending on the size of the salmon filet.
  4. Serve with a side of quinoa, bok choy, and oyster mushrooms.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce.
