1. In a blender, combine: 
  2. 2 small, peeled kiwis
  3. 1-2 pieces of frozen pineapple 
  4. 4 oz plain, lactose-free Greek yogurt or other lactose-free yogurt 
  5. 2 tsp chia seeds 
  6. Several ice cubes 
  7. Blend and enjoy! (if smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again)
