1. Make a sandwich using 2 slices of whole wheat sourdough bread or gluten-free bread, 2-3 slices of turkey, a slice of sharp cheddar cheese, a thin slice of tomato, and mayo or mustard (your choice!) 
  2. Grill the sandwich on a griddle 
  3. In a bowl, combine equal parts of chopped romaine lettuce and baby spinach. Top with sliced tomato, cucumber and sliced carrots. Dress with olive oil and 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
